Parents returning to the workforce after staying home with their children have a difficult choice: where do they begin? Kansas State University Olathe's personal financial planning program offers one pathway forward that can help professionals return to work as seamlessly as possible.

The Statistician in R&D: A Vital Team Member, Not an Inconvenience, 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 24 — Statistics is a critical part of regulatory submissions and working with statisticians can be overwhelming for scientists and professionals. Ben Wolfe, Dean and CEO of K-State Olathe, and Debbie Kirchhoff, executive director of strategic initiatives, attended today's Honeywell Aerospace Technologies’ event and were able to meet with Jim Currier, president and CEO of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, as well as Sen. Jerry Moran and Rep. Sharice Davids. Honeywell announced today that they will be investing $84 million in their Olathe aerospace manufacturing facility and creating more than 150 new jobs.
We love our new student services center. This space is nearly complete and offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The center will house our student services team, as well as provide a space for students to take proctored exams, study, relax between classes and complete their homework on-campus.
Division chairs, program directors, instructors and other leadership from local community colleges came to campus for Academic Innovation Day. They met with K-State Olathe's New Program Development Team to discuss challenges and opportunities around degree completion for some key academic programs.
