Kansas State University Olathe increased its scholarship support of learners to help enhance access and meet the talent demands of Greater Kansas City industries.
“This is the highest amount our campus has awarded since opening,” said Kimberly Voight, director of student services. “We are thankful to have the generous support of the Johnson County Education Research Triangle, the Clay Blair family, Richardson family and our industry partners.”
Thank you so much to everyone who attended, presented and supported our first annual Animal Health Conference, which was a huge success. Animal Health Regulatory Affairs: Working Successfully with USDA and FDA provided our attendees with the opportunity to dig deeper into the world of regulatory affairs and how to be more effective, as well as stay in compliance when developing studies and regulating products.

We welcomed a KC heart to campus this week, as a way of celebrating our city and supporting the community. The “heART” is themed, “Of the Prairie,” and encourages people to learn more about the natural world and celebrates Kansas’ tall grasses. The heart was secured with funds set aside for artwork when the campus was built, and proceeds benefit regional nonprofit organizations. As a stop on the KC Parade of Hearts map, the campus team looks forward to new visitors to campus!
